Dear Customer,
Please follow the below mentioned procedure, to make
flexi payment.
1. Please enter the following details in the form.
Actual Bank Account Holder Name: Name of Bank Account
Holder, from which you make payment.
Flexi Registration Mobile Number: Mobile number registered
with us during opening flexi account with us.
Email: Your email address.
2. Scan the QR code in the left with your mobile banking app / PayNow app / DBS Pay Lah! App.
3. Verify the flexi amount and make the online payment for your Flexi account.
Please take note of the following points, after making online payment.
1. After making the payment, our staffs would check and update your flexi account. You would get notified through SMS within 24 hours, about your flexi payment. (If the payment is made on Saturday / Sunday / Public Holiday, the online payment would be processed in next working day.)

3. As per our policy, we allow maximum of 2 payments in a month. It could be either advance payment or late payment.
TERMS & CONDITIONS - Flexi Gold Scheme
- 1. This scheme is simple. Please visit our showroom with your NRIC/FIN and collect an entry book to maintain payments records.
- 2. This scheme is for a period of 12 months with a monthly instalment in multiple of $50 subject to a minimum of $100. You can plan a fixed monthly instalments of any amount.
- 3. Payments must be made at the counter via cash or through UOB Internet Banking.
- 4. Payment must be made on or before 10th of every month.
- 5. This scheme is only for purchase of gold jewellery & precious stone jewellery. In this scheme, you can purchase gold ornaments with one month bonus and Making Charges & Stones Charges applicable.
- 6. Customer is not eligible to claim the benefit, if there is a delayed payment or pre closure of the scheme. Once selected Flexi Gold Scheme cannot be changed to Flexi Bonus Scheme in any case.
- 7. Prepayments of installments and preponement of maturity date are not allowed. Not more than two installments will be accepted in a month, even if more instalments are due for payment.
- 8. If you discontinue before the completion of 12 months, you are eligible to buy jewellery to the extent of amount paid by you at the prevailing rate on the date of purchase.
- 9. If customer delays payment continuously for 3 months during the 12 months period, their scheme will be forced to close to purchase gold jewellery. And they have to join a new scheme with APJ.
- 10. Gold flexi scheme allows you to redeem jewellery only on maturity. On the date of actual purchase, with the available gold weight. In your scheme, you can get 916 gold ornaments only. Under this scheme you are protected from gold inflation.
- 11. If you discontinue before the completion of 12 months, you are not eligible for weight conversions at all. You are eligible to buy jewellery to the extent of amount paid by you at the prevailing rate on the date of purchase.
- 12. Temple Jewellery, Antique Jewellery, Uncut / Diamond Jewellery and Gemstones ornaments have making charges and stone charges in this scheme.
- 13. This scheme is also applicable for 22K Gold coins.
- 14. If the payment is delayed by one month. The maturity date will be postponed by one month accordingly. (Ex: Date of joining: 01/01/2016, date of Redemption 01/01/2017. If one month delay in payment, Redemption date will be postponed to 01/02/2017)
- 15. You will receive SMS notification in 24 hours once the payment is made through online.
- 16. Gold price will be fixed based on APJ Website Price on the day of payment.
- 17. Benefits of this plan cannot be availed in conjunction with other offers, it cannot be closed during the period of special promotions / offers.
- 18. The original entry book has to be surrendered at the time of purchasing the jewellery. The person who has signed in the scheme should sign in the invoice at the time of closure. Due to unavoidable circumstances if the person is not able to come for closure, he / she can authorize another person for making the purchase & signing the invoice with proper IC proof.
- 19. It is the sole discretion of the company to accept or reject any membership.
- 20. On maturity of this scheme, if the member wishes to buy diamonds/silver/platinum etc. in lieu of gold, the accumulated gold weight will be converted into cash value at the rate of gold on the date of purchase minus GST.
- 21. The entry book amount is valid only for 120 days from the date of last payment.
- 22. Member cannot avail eTRS & GST Refund.
- 23. We are not bank, Investment Firm or any other financial institution. We offer this flexi scheme, to encourage customer to save and purchase high-value gold jewellery. Also, they are eligible to get additional benefit, if they properly close their flexi scheme after 12 months.
- 24. This scheme is not applicable for 24K Gold Bar & 22K Gold Coins.

- 1. In this Scheme you can get One Month Bonus from APJ.
- 2. This Scheme is for a period of 6 Months with a monthly installment in multiple of $100. Subject to a Minimum of $200. You can plan a fixed monthly installments of any Amount more the than $200
- 3. Payment must be made on or before 10th of every month.
- 4. This scheme is eligible for Diamond Jewellery only.
- 5. This scheme is not applicable for purchase of Gold Ornaments, 24K Gold Bar & 22K Gold Coin.
- 6. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the scheme could be closed before 6 months. But the customer could claim their bonus, only if they complete their 6 months payment, without any delay.
- 7. If the customer didn't make payment continuously for 3 months, their scheme would be closed to Purchase diamond jewellery. And they need to join new scheme with APJ.
- 8. If the Payment is delayed by one month. The Redemption date will be postponed for one
month accordingly. Ex: Date of Joining: 03.01.2017.

- 10. In any case if you are not able to continue DIAMOND BONUS Flexi Scheme. You can purchase diamond jewellery for the cash accumulated in your account.

- 12. Member cannot avail E Trs / GST Refund.
- 13. GST on the amount and any other government levies at the time of delivery of the jewellery will be borne by the member or if applicable the Nominee. The member's ID Card will be verified at the time of delivery.

- 1. This Scheme is simple. Please Visit our Showroom with your NRIC /FIN or visit our website www.APJFLEXISAVINGS.COM and become a member of Flexi Savings Scheme. You will be given an Entry Book, User ID and Password to Maintain payment records online too.
- 2. This Scheme is for a period of 6 months with monthly instalments in multiples of $100 subject to a minimum of $100. You can plan a fixed monthly instalment of any amount.
- 3. Payments can be made either at the counter or through apjflexisavings.com website Flexi number can check their account details through our apjflexisavings.com at any time.
- 4. Payments must be made on or before 10th of every month.
- 5. This Scheme is only for purchase of Silver products
- 6. Customer is eligible for one-month Bonus. However, customer is not eligible for the Bonus. If There is a delayed payment or if the scheme is pre-closed.
- 7. Prepayments of instalments and preponement of maturity dates are not allowed. Not more than two instalments will be accepted in a month. Even if more instalments are for payment.
- 8. If you discontinue before the completion of 6 months. You are eligible to buy Silver Products to the extent of amount paid by you at the prevailing rate on the date of purchase.
- 9. If the customer delays payment continuously for 2 month’s Period, their scheme will be forced to close to purchase silver products and have to join a new scheme with APJ
- 10. If the Payment is delayed by one month. The maturity will be postponed by one month accordingly (Ex. Date of Joining: 01.12.2023, date of redemption is 01.06.2024. If one-month delay in payment, redemption date will be postponed to 01.07.2024.)
- 11. You will receive notification within 24 Hours once the payment is made.
- 12. Silver price will be fixed based on apjsingapore.com price on the date of purchase.
- 13. Benefits of the plan cannot be availed in conjunction with other offers, it cannot be closed during this period of special promotion / Offers.
- 14. In any case if you are not able to continue Flexi Bonus Scheme, you can purchase Silver jewellery for the cash accumulated in your account.
